Are you a coach doing something cool,
progressive, unusual and/or breakthrough-oriented with your clients?
Something that is innovative, different, special? Something that may
well be part of the future of coaching?
If so, we invite you to tell us about it -- and possibly share your story
at the Future of Coaching Conference in San Francisco May 15, 16, 17,
2003.
Over
the next several weeks, we are completing the agenda design and the speaker's list for the Future of
Coaching Conference. Below, you'll see what we've put together thus
far -- we're seeking presenters for some of the topics below -- and we're
open to coaches sharing what they know, what they use and what they do
with clients that is leading edge.
Note: We are seeking coaches
who are probably not professional speakers, to share their
work/stories with other coaches. We'll help you organize your talk
and provide you with any audio/visuals you may need.
The entire point of the Future of Coaching Conference is to showcase each
year what
is new, what is hot, what is coming, and what is building the future of
coaching for all of us.
Below are some examples of
what coaches will be presenting at the conference -- and we'd like to add
you to this list if you're doing something cool and progressive with your
coaching clients.
The format for the conference is show and tell; not just tell. Real
stories, real examples, real clients, real tools -- this keeps the
learning fun and makes the lessons memorable.
Below are the session titles that we've identified thus far. If you feel
qualified to speak on that topic -- or if you have a compelling topic that
is "future-of-coaching" oriented -- please let us know at thomas@coachville.com.
Note #1: Below this list of
titles are the descriptions of each session.
Note #2: Presenters are not compensated but their conference fee is fully
waived.
Note #3. If you would like to register for the conference, visit http://www.coachvilleconference.com.
Save $70
if you register by January 31, 2003.

Following
are descriptions of each of the sessions listed above...
Techno/CyberCoaching
I coach via my Palm
Pilot and my clients love it!
"Most
of my clients are on the go and want to be in touch with me in the middle
of meetings or while in their office. And they enjoy the PDA format
as well as our sessions by phone. I've set up my client intake forms
and weekly ezine to be readable via PDA, and we both use our wireless PDA
to keep in touch throughout the week. And, yes, they pay a premium
for this level of availability -- to them it's worth every penny.
And to me, I've simplified my client load. Coaching by Palm Pilot is
one of the futures of coaching."
Attendee Bonus #1: Lifetime use
of 25 client forms and assessments formatted for PDA use.
Attendee Bonus #2: Step-by-step
instructions of how to use your Palm Pilot or Window-based PDA with
clients.
Presenter status: Available.

the presenter for this session, you'll be able to tweak or rewrite the
description to fit your story/presentation.

Headsets, Phone Systems and more...
"I remember when I first started coaching I must have gone
through 5 phone systems in the first year alone, with all varying levels of success. And don't get me
started on headsets, I stopped counting after going through 20 of them! Now my equipment is tailored to my use and needs
and I no longer worry about the technology behind my coaching. It supports me rather than me supporting it.
I'll share what I've learned works and what products that will just waste your money."

Instant Message
Coaching
"A
recent informal survey indicates that only 2% of coaches are using Instant Message technology to coach their clients. But
the coaches
who are using IM to supplement their phone or in-person coaching sessions
rave about the immediate, intermediate and effective nature of this
easy-to-use technology that anyone with Internet access can use.
I'll show you how it works on the overhead screen with a real client and
share with you guidelines on how to manage the process. I'll also
share with you what my clients say about Instant Messaging; if you don't
believe me, I hope that you'll believe them. Because they love it
and Instant Messaging is one of the futures of coaching."
Attendee Bonus #1:
Written protocol and ethical guidelines for IM use.
Attendee Bonus #2: Review and
features comparison of the 3 most common Instant Message formats (MSN,
Yahoo, AOL).
Attendee Bonus #3: Live,
real-time demo of video instant messaging using a simple $50
USB-based color video camera. Unbelievable, and simple to use.
Presenter status: Available.

the presenter for this session, you'll be able to tweak or rewrite the

Fully Electronic
Client Intake Process
"Had it with the paper crush? Me too, so I've put all of my
clients on an electronic client intake process. Easy to set up, and
a much higher client compliance rate. And we have online
benchmarks/assessments to refer to jointly as a result. We've even
made some of the assessments into web-based tools that the client can
continually update at their leisure. Going paperless saves me hours
of admin work each month and greatly simplified by practice. I
believe that the paperless practice is one of the futures of coaching and
it cannot come fast enough! I used to have a pretty lengthy/involved coaching intake process. It was pretty laborious for the clients to fill out. I
thought if they were really committed to their success they should be willing
to 'prove' that dedication by filling out a lengthy intake process. What I
found was 15% of my new clients were never making it to the first call. It was then that I decided to find a better way.
I now have a one page intake process that takes no more than 10 minutes to fill out. I'll
share with you how this one change has made a huge impact on my coaching."
Attendee Bonus: Lifetime use of 10 intake forms which
have been converted to interactive, electronic format.
Presenter status: Sylva Leduc is confirmed.

Automated Client Management System
"Just as automation is occurring in every other field, so too is
it coming to
the coaching profession. Coaches and clients are using software to
manage their appointments and schedules, track goals and progress,
handle/report payments and fees, pay bills, manage personal goals, and
even design and track their coach training hours. At the conference,
you'll be introduced to a piece of software that does all this -- and
more. And we'll also point you to the websites of services that can
fully automate the management -- and in some cases the delivery -- of your
coaching practice."
Attendee Bonus: 6 month trial version of the software
(pending)
Presenter status: Sylva Leduc is confirmed.

Conduct
Multimedia
TeleClasses
"Did you know that the "Tele" in TeleClasses means 'distance',
not telephone? Yes, it's true! In this segment you will see
how to conduct a TeleClass using not just a phone and a conferencing
bridge, but also using a web-based system that pushes video, image and
PowerPoint content to up to 500 students, simultaneously -- no matter what
their connection speed is. An eye opener and definitely a future of
teaching and group coaching."
Presenter status: Dave Buck is confirmed

Future of Client Marketing
Craft Your Own
Client Coaching Program
"Looking to build your reputation in the world of coaching?
Interested in 'owning' a segment of the coaching marketplace? Look
no further than this segment at the conference -- we'll walk you through,
step-by-step, how to organize what you know into a proven coaching program
that you can use with current clients and use as a marketing tool to build
your practice. There is now ample evidence in the world of coaching
that using a target coaching program is a proven way to build a practice
and add more value to clients along the way. Client coaching
programs have been a supplement to the traditional 1:1 coaching format,
but increasingly, are becoming essential to practice development and the
delivery of coaching to multiple clients."
Attendee Bonus: One-year free use of a web-based tool
that will walk you through the process of creating a well-organized,
effective client coaching program.
Presenter status: Thomas
J. Leonard and Dave Buck are confirmed. Seeking 2 additional
presenters who have developed their own
coaching program and will share how they did it. Interested?

The 10 Societal
Trends That Coaches Can and Should be Tapping Into to Market Their
Services
"I used chase my market a lot. Trying to figure out what it is they want/need. Then when
I got introduced to the universal trends at a CoachVille conference I changed my entire marketing approach.
Instead of chasing my clients, I let them chase me. I stay current on what the latest
trends are in the market place (I read current magazines/books) and tailor my niche
to where the market is already headed v. me trying to get them to go somewhere they may or may not be
ready to go. For instance, women moving into leadership positions is a fairly known
trend. I created 2 client programs targeted to this marketplace and that part of my practice just continues to grow and
grow."

The 10
Most-In-Demand Corporate Coaching Processes

"I've been coaching inside corporations for years, with great success. But it wasn't until I started packaging what I
was doing into well defined/targeted coaching programs that things really started taking off. I finally realized that corporations were
looking for certain things and if I could tailor my programs to meet those
needs, I would be in high demand. Now I'll share with you several of the programs I've been using that has required me to hire on 2 other coaches
to help meet the demands. Working in a corporate environment is not
mysterious. There are a certain number of needs they have, certain
ways in which they wish to be coached and certain solutions/packages they
want to buy. I am happy to share with you what I've learned because I'm
fairly sure that this will reduce your learning curve and help you meet
the needs of the marketplace."

Becoming a
e-Celebrity and Guru

"It's one thing to be known in the printed media as an expert but the
future of e-guru's is on the Net. I've been the coaching expert for
a major women's website and this all but keeps my practice full.
I'll share with you how I got this gig and how it works to give away
advice to my readers/visitors at my section of the women's site, and how
to convert some of them to clients without crossing the line of
propriety. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this opportunity -- I used to
think that I should/would have to be a columnist in a magazine or
newspaper. It's so much easier online, both to write and also because the
audience responds immediately, given they are already online."

The Future of
eMarketing for Coaches
"Although the
Internet has been around for quite some time it
wasn't until I was at the CoachVille Full Practice Conference that I saw the full scope and magnitude of eMarketing. Before I
had a simple webpage that outlined all that I can do for my clients, I even wrote it so it spoke to the end reader. And sort have just been waiting for the
phone to ring. Now I *get* what eMarketing really is and am revamping my entire marketing approach.
It's about tapping into what people already want -- instead of trying to
get them interested in something they are are not already asking
for. Duh! I can't wait to see what else is
to be unleashed in San Francisco!"

Tapping
Into the
Emerging Markets of Coaching
"Because I always like to be on the cutting edge of learning myself, I've been fascinated to see how different client types
are taking to coaching. It used to be coaching was only for the very rich,
the already somewhat successful or the corporations who could afford
to hire a coach. Now, I know of coaching for the incarcerated, full-time college students and stay- at- home moms.
From this I've noticed a trend in the type of clients who are now getting interested in
coaching -- everything from "cultural creatives" to
retiring babyboomers (now there's a large market!) to creative geniuses,
to first-time entrepreneurs and I now know where to look to find these
emerging markets and I can't wait to share this information -- and process
-- with you!"

The
future of ecommerce and passive revenue for coaches

"From what I can see, only 5% of coaches have a merchant account and
only 2% of coaches are selling products and services via their
website. I'd like to do my part to bump those numbers up to the
50/30% range by 2005. Once you get started in e-commerce -- even if
it's just to automate your coaching fee collections -- you'll find
yourself intrigued by the notion of 24/7/365 passive revenue. I've both
developed my own ebooks as well as marketing the work of others at my site
and I get about 25 sales a week -- all 100% automatically. I've even
set up my email software (Outlook) to make a ka-ching sound whenever
there's a sale at my site. As I learn more and expand my efforts,
I'm hoping to hear a symphony on busy days. This is the best thing
I've done since I became a coach and I'd love to show you how to do this
as well."
Attendee Bonus #1: Representatives from a merchant
account firm will be on hand to accept applications from all attending if
you'd like (98% approval rating)
Attendee Bonus #2: Step-by-step instructions on setting
up your website to handle online-realtime ecommerce..

Future of Practice Design and
Client Specialties
The 10,000 Client
Coaching Practice
"When I first heard Thomas talk about having a 10,000 client coaching practice, I
thought, who is he kidding, that's not possible. But like a lot of things Thomas brings up, they
tend to work on you over time. And I
finally got, not only is he right on the money with this one but that
large scale coaching is one of the futures of coaching! So I could either resist or jump on the
bandwagon. That was six months ago, and while I haven't quite reached 10,000 clients, I'm well on my way. As the world
becomes smaller and smaller, it makes sense that our work can reach more and more people. I have a fairly simply method that
I'm using to reach clients en masse and I'll share what I've learned about coaching thousands of people v. thinking coaching is only
1-1. Is coaching 10,000 clients different than coaching 30 clients?
Yes and no. The point is, that it's now becoming possible and it's a
future of coaching so it pays to learn about this trend. I've always wanted to make a
big difference in the world and now as I ramp up to 10,000 clients, I really
am!"

The $1,000,000
Coach/Coaching Practice

"The funny thing is, when I first thought about having a million dollar coaching practice I laughed,
because all I could see is how
much work that would mean. I was taking what I currently earned and saw the gap between that and a million dollars and
thought there wasn't enough hours in the month to make that leap. But then
I got coached and quickly realized that not only was my thinking too small when it came to my own practice, I was also
thinking from the old- school. It didn't happen overnight and I had to
work at it, but not in the areas
where I would have thought. Instead, I worked on building systems and changing the way
I approached problems. Now I leverage systems that do most of the work for me. And I paid attention to what my clients were
really struggling with and came up with specific solutions to help solve their problems and the thousands of
people just like them who
are having the same problems. And yes, I raised my rates, but not as
much as you might think."

The Future of Group
Coaching
"If you think you know what group coaching is, then you'll want to see how this model of coaching has changed in the last 5 years. I've been coaching groups that last anywhere from
1 year to 5+ years. It's a fantastic way for potential 1-1 clients to experience
coaching in an affordable format. My coaching groups have a greater success ration
because of the group dynamic, they get inspired and support from all members of the group, not just
me. I'll show you how to get started, select a focus, market your group
and serve them for years."

The 7-Minute
Coaching Session: Laser Coaching At Its Best
"Coaching in under 10 minutes? I wouldn't have believed
quality coaching could happen that fast....but then I noticed that most of the
great coaching I've done has been very quick. And, in fact, if the client has a great shift early on a 30 minute phone call, it can
get watered down by staying on for the next 20 minutes. So, now I schedule most of my session for
10 minutes. It's quick and to the point and my clients have never gotten more value! And I do leave it open for them to call me more than once
a week, so if they need more time, it's available to them. At first I thought this would scare off most of my clients or at worst seem so
impersonal, but you'd be amazed at how personal things can get in 7 minutes. We get to the good stuff right from the get go, so in fact, I find our
session are in some way MORE personal than a traditional 30 minute call."

Packaging
Your Coaching Services
"When I look back over my coaching career, I realize that the format of my coaching has changed
fairly dramatically. Whereas I used to help my clients reach specific goals via 4 hour-long coaching sessions, I
now use multiple formats to coach my clients. And the great thing is, as my coaching
approaches and formats have expanded, my clients success has increased as well. So now my coaching doesn't
always look like the traditional 1-1 coaching like it did when I started. I now offer group coaching and what I
call buddy coaching, where a small group (2 or 3 people) will team up around a similar goal or project. This allows
them to get some 1-1 coaching but also benefit from the group dynamics. I've also use different media
and delivery formats to coach my
clients, whereas before it was all over the telephone. I meet in person with some clients and I offer semi-annual
retreats for those looking for a more experiential approach to coaching. Bottom line is
that I now provide the marketplace coaching in the formats and packages it
wants and I am being rewarded for it."

Future of Coaching Tools
Goal-setting and
lifestyle design systems
"One of the greatest benefit to me becoming a coach, has
been the incredible lifestyle changes I've made over the last 5 years. Gone are the long work
weeks, struggling to get ahead financially, and not being able to get where I wanted to go in life. Using a
pretty straightforward approach, I've redesigned my lifestyle from scratch. And, in the process, am
now able to accomplish and achieve so much more. I've used several
online goal-setting and achievement systems to do this and I'm now using
them with my clients. I'll show you which one is best and how to
integrate these into your coaching -- and into your own life!"

Using video to reach
potential clients

"I found a lot of my potential clients were not reading the great material I was sending them. Apparently they are so inundated with emails and information that
they were tuning out even my great stuff. (shocking!) I wanted another way to reach
them, to cut through the clutter as it were. What I found has worked wonders. I now use a
5-minute video that I email my network once a month. The response has been phenomenal. I personalize my message so it
appears I am speaking directly to my target market. They can see me and get a feel
for who I am much more so than in an email or ezine. I generally
select one typical situation that my ideal clients are facing and I share
my approach in the 5-minute video clip. I'll demonstrate how easy it is to get started
(less expensive than you think!) and walk you through the tech/editing
process as well. Video is definitely one of the futures of coaching!"

New Client
Programs
The Inspired Life
Coaching Program
"It's not news that coaches work with clients to help them identify what
inspires them vs just motivates them, but it is news that there is now a
six-month client program that helps a client design a life that is
inspiring. For some clients, this is a simple tweak or two, but for
most clients, it's a life redesign process. I've been using this program
with coaches and clients and can't wait to walk you through how well this
works. Because designing an inspiring life takes on a life of its
own. It's a much more intriguing game than goal setting and life
improvement. And it will affect you as the coach as much as it will
your clients. Imagine, a practice full of clients crafting or
leading inspiring lives. Now, that's coaching as far as I am
concerned. So much more can get done with clients who are at this level of
play."
Presenter status: Dave
Buck is confirmed.

Path of Development
Coaching Program
"It wasn't until I saw the Path of Development chart from the
School of Coaching, that I realized there was a central theme running through most of
the work I'm doing as a coach. Traditionally, I've worked with
creative/entrepreneur types to help them be a lot more productive. But under the surface, I
have been helping them move along their path of development. And
from that, amazing things start to happen for them (they lighten up, are
more inspired, much more creative, naturally driven, living more
sustainably, etc.). Now, I am using that same Path of Development process with other types of clients
and they are responding well to this focus."
Presenter status: Thomas
J. Leonard is confirmed.

Coaching Your
Clients How to Coach Others
"If coaching really is an advanced form of communication and relating skills then I quickly learned to coach my clients how to coach. Keep in mind these clients have no desire
to be full-time coaches. But the difference these skills are making in their life and in
their business is astounding. Key relationships are taking off. Teamwork is building,
where before there was none. It's now become a specialty niche for me to teach others what I do.
And clients are willing to pay for this advanced communication skill set, because
they can't get it anywhere else."

How to Target the
the Next Generation of Coaching Clients: Gen X, Gen Y and Gen Z
"Late last year I started noticing that more and more of my clients were younger than me. I found myself enjoying coaching individuals 20 years my junior. They had a freshness
to them and were more willing to look at what role they are playing with their success. It was at that time that I decided to target a younger client than I had previously been doing so.
What I learned was that Gen Xers and Gen Yers and Gen Zers respond different to different
marketing approaches and how I coach them is very different than how I coach baby
boomers. They come from very different places in life and my coaching adapts to where they are at.
Which keeps me fresh as well and not locked into how life used to be lived

rate is even higher than from my traditional clients. I recommend
this type of client; they'll keep you open-minded and creative. I'll
show you how I coach them."

Upgrading Your
Sources of Energy

"As someone who knows firsthand the long-term costs to having
expensive sources of energy (adrenaline, conflict-based), I'm super excited about the Sources of Energy
program from CoachVille. There are so many different areas we can work on with our clients, but I've found their
energy sources to be some of the most profound. For starters, none of my clients have ever even heard
about the concept, so it's a new territory for them. And more importantly, the shifts they make in this area are amazing to watch. It's
pretty thrilling to watch a client shift from a negative energy source (conflict based) to a more positive one
(inspiration) and watch how that one change impacts their entire life in amazing ways."

The Transcendence
Program (Preview)

"I've always been interested in becoming a big enough person so that I stop reacting to the people and events around
me -- even reacting to myself! And,
although I've made some progress to-date, it's been slower than I'd like. My approach has been fairly haphazard, with no structure
around it. I now want to coach my clients to transcend a lot of the day-to-day stuff they deal with, but I haven't found an easy
way for them to get their arms around it. Until I saw the Transcendence program from CoachVille. Finally, a program that
unlocks the secrets to becoming transcendent! Why not start at the
top and work your way down? It's so much easier."

Designing a
Customized Leadership Program To Fit For Your Target Market
"Although companies always talk about how their people are their best asset or they put their people first, most
organizations haven't put together a well defined strategy and plan for how to turn the everyday manager into a leader.
I've found that by customizing a leadership program for their unique situation has been the missing link they have been
looking for. There really isn't a cookie cutter approach to leadership that fits for all leaders and for all organizations. So
we custom tailor a program that meets their needs and allows them to see the value in
bringing me in for the implementation of this process. Win-Win-Win.
And, leadership isn't just for companies but is also perfect for, and
popular with teen groups, students, community leaders, cultural creatives
and more."

Crafting a Unique
Proficiency-Set to Offer To Your Ideal Market
"I've been coaching entrepreneurs for years. And I've have a great track record with my clients. But it wasn't until someone
asked my how I coach my entrepreneur clients, that I realized the importance and significance of using proficiencies. Up
until that time, I sort have been using a shot gun approach to my coaching. Not really
following any set of guidelines or rules, and while it's been working, I wondered if the results I have been having could be
replicated by someone else. How could I coach someone else to do what I do? This is where the entrepreneurial proficiencies
come into play. By forcing myself to set out the proficiencies for entrepreneurs I landed on the skills that I've been training
and coaching my entrepreneur clients to use for years. The key thing about proficiencies is that they are both what the
entrepreneur needs to do and how they need to grow/change to be successful. Which is key for my busy clients (2 for 1 if you
will). My coaching has improved since I created them too, as now I'm able to articulate quicker and more clearly what I
want my clients to focus on next. I'll show you how to craft
proficiencies for virtually any market."

Forward-Thinking
Coaches
If you are a forwarding thinking person, and coach, then you'll find these
special topics to be of great interest, given they'll expand your thinking
and validate what you've been sensing. And, given most of the
coaches -- new to coaching or veterans -- coming to the Future of Coaching
Conference are forward thinkers, you'll be in great company as you engage
in these larger issues affecting society, humans and coaches.
The Impact of
Technology on Human Evolution
" We humans have been evolving at a nice little, calm, steady rate for
the past 100 years, and then two things hit us hard. First, the advent of
psychology/therapy in the western world that helped us see who and what we
are and how we are wired to respond to life and others. And second, the
onslaught of technology -- everything from email to the web to mobile
devices to super computers to e-relationships to virtual meaning.
And technology, given it evolves at tens or hundreds of times the rate
that humans have been evolving, is already redefining who humans are and
what our ultimate role is in life. Oh my. Big changes
ahead. Which is good news for coaches given we're in the reinvention
and evolution business. During this session, you'll learn how to
make the most of these changes."

How Developing
Coaching Theory is Changing the Face of Coaching
"Coaching theory? Is there such a thing? Yes! And
it's developing quickly, just as theory has developed in/around every
other profession and discipline. During this session, you'll learn
the current state of coaching theory and have an opportunity to design the
next stage of this theory in an interactive process. Fun -- and
edifying -- stuff that will naturally forward your effectiveness as a
coach because you'll be coaching from a more knowing place."

Using Visual Models and
Language Constructs With Your Clients To Increase Learning and Retention
"After coaching for some time, I sat back and wondered what it is I was doing that was allowing my clients to be so successful. It
then occurred to me that it wasn't happening by accident or by chance. Something I
was doing with my clients week in and week out was allowing them to grow in ways they never could before. Interestingly enough I've
been wondering about that for some time now, but didn't have the language for it until recently that what I've been doing is using some
basic models and languaging that is allowing my clients to move forward whereas before they were stuck. It isn't magic. It isn't just artful
questioning, there is a method and approach to my coaching that is transferable to other coaches. I'll share what's worked for me and
allowed me to build my practice fairly easily. The upside bonus to having this awareness is now I'm able to articulate what I do with
my clients in a way that they can get and understand v. just getting the benefit from. Which enhances the learning even more. You
then have an educated and aware client v. just an aware one. The key
is visual models and using language to convey what you know very
quickly. And that will stay with the client long-term."

Bulletproof Yourself
and Your Coaching Practice from Legal Liability and Risk
"As a solopreneur, I had never really given the legal aspects of my coaching practice
much thought. I figured that was something the other guys needed to worry about not me. And even though we live in a pretty
litigious society (here in the states anyway), I thought I was pretty immune (or was in denial) about the whole thing. Then my brother, a lawyer,
was over dinner, explaining a case he was working on that sounded very much similar to my situation. And although the case
ended up being dropped, it was enough of a wake-up call for me to take the necessary steps to reduce any risk I
had. I now use an agreement that spells out the scope of the
coaching and assigns responsibilities to each party. I also educate
my client on the types of things/areas/events that I am NOT qualified to
coach them in. Much cleaner for our relationship; far less risk to
me."

Nanotechnology and
Its Impact on the Role of Humans in Life
"Although I'm not overly techie, I am aware enough to realize that the
rate and magnitude of change that is
happening to society as a whole, has never occurred before in human
existence. And the fact, that the world is changing so quickly is having an effect
as well. But that is nothing compared to what is coming. For the last 50 years or so molecular biology has been working away fairly
quietly and over the next decade will be release some fairly startling information. Or maybe given the rapid pace of invention, maybe it
shouldn't be startling at all. Currently there are wet labs where scientists compile programs into DNA sequences that are spliced into
genomes in order to breed bacterial robots. That's right, bacterial robots! Soon instead of cutting down a tree and building a table out of it, we'll
be able to grow tables....what the effect of this on humans is yet to be determined. But I do
believe that humankind will have to change
the way it views things over the next 50 years more so than the previous 5,000.
Nanotechnology is probably THE biggest thing to affect the human race
since computers and the Internet were developed. Hold on! It's
going to be a very exciting ride. And a huge opportunity for
coaches."

The Future of Coach
Training
"Until recently, coach training was coach training -- spend a couple
of years learning coaching skills and models and working with clients to
properly integrate that knowledge. However, coach training is
quickly evolving from the study, memorize and apply model to the
just-in-time learning model where the coach comes up to speed in new areas
very, very quickly thanks to information technology.
Intrigued? I'll see you at my session."
